  Joining Vision for the second time after many years helped kick start and assist me to re balance and focus more of my energies on my health. Work-life- balance. Daniel was instrumental in this journey and understood my challenges along the way. What a fantastic and knowledgeable trainer as are the whole team at this gym. If you are thinking of getting fit or wanting that work life balance you are in the best hands here.

  Vision PT Pyrmont has been really rewarding for me not only achieving a good fitness routine but having such a supportive team environment from the trainers getting me out of my shell. My goal on having a PT was focusing on mental health and creating an accountable routine which had been well developed. My trainer Yuji has given me guidance, training and encouragement which has helped me run my first city2surf 2022 !! Not only a great trainer who can push you but also extremely patient. For those who want to be accountable for their fitness and mental health Vision PT Pyrmont is a great place to start and will assist you! Go Team !

  As a person just starting their fitness journey I found my experience at Vision very helpful. My trainer Daniel gave me in depth knowledge about how to get the results I want with both the right eating habits and exercise. He was always very motivational, encouraging and patient with me which was definitely what I needed to keep me going through the program. The team at Pyrmont were also very welcoming so it always made me look forward to come into the studio and train. Would definitely recommend to anyone at any stage of their fitness journey.

  The team at Vision were excellent throughout my training. Joel started with tailoring a program to suit my short time and constantly changing working hours, and gave me a great information session on nutrition and exercise goals. Over the next 2 months I was coached by Daniel and Jason (PTs) on how to safely and correctly do weights and stretching; they also taught me how to complete similar workouts at home so that I could continue my progress. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the team at Vision, and would recommend them to anyone looking to learn more about nutrition and exercise.

  What can I say? Vision is the best! The trainers and group training are top notch. The personal touch is immense and the group training is so community-driven and fun too.. and did I mention immense :)!! These guys really care about their clients. My first ever 5k run was the Sydney Harbour Run in July and Vision made it so enjoyable & special... they believed in me every step of the way. If you're looking for a top class gym - go to Vision Pyrmont.
