  Watch out, very dodgy operators. It is very that they are hired by service providers to absolutely Tried to reject my Fujitsu "free money" claim by suggesting that they had not received my email with amended supporting documentation. I forwarded a copy of the email originally sent(within the correct time frame) which staff member acknowledged before asserting that her manager would be processing the claim and I would not need to do anything futher. After 8 days had passed without anything eventuating I called back only for staff to claim they had no record of my further call or any idea as to what had happened. Upon explaining the matter again they advised that they would have to refuse the claim regardless of whether proof was on-hand simply as they could not find a copy of the original email itself. I obviously mentioned my concerned as to the unfair nature of such a process considering they could just claim non-receipt of any emails and reject claims on that basis although they absolutely refused to do anything about it.
