  The staff from the minute we walked in , were just delightful. From the manager to reception. The bar manager, the waiter and waitress were just so helpful and friendly. The cleaners , especially Ash went out of his way to accomodate us. It was a beautiful luxurious trendy hotel. Incredibly comfortable beds. Thankyou Ovolo 1888
  The only thing i could suggest is they could keep the dogs out of the dining area, as it was off putting with the smell of the dogs. There were two in a small area

  We had the most wonderful time at Ovolo. It has everything that you'd expect from a good city hotel (central location / clean / comfortable / good aircon / quiet rooms). However what makes it truly great is its staff. They were all super friendly, caring and accommodating people, and they went above and beyond to make our stay as lovely as possible! They wrote us a lovely message on the mirror one night, gave us free beers, let us use the shower - after checking out - before our flight back to Melbourne etc.... We'll be definitely back next time we're in Sydney! Thank you Ovolo! Helena and Rob

  A great experience in a great location! The rooms are clean & good sizes, love the art work on the walls,staff are great very nice great service, has everything you could need,dinning/lobby is a relaxing & calming experience to enjoy your time.
  Definitely looking forward to going back for a longer stay very soon. This hotel is a must!

  I tells ya what folks, the shut eye was good, but the broad on the front desk - Tallulah - was world class. Never since I left my home town of Queens New York have I had better service.
  My pal and I were just a couple of guys being dudes, having a good time, sharing some laffs about the good ol days and Tallulah only added to the flavour. Give her a raise.

  What a gem! Will definitely be back. Not only is it a beautiful hotel in style, ambience and location, the staff are fantastic and went above and beyond when I happened to mention it was our anniversary (not the reason for being in Sydney). Restaurant and wine selection just fabulous. But the icing on the cake is that we can bring our fur baby! Yay!
